Returning a Quilt

If you decide to return a quilt you will receive a full refund,
but the shipping cost will not be refunded. That includes
the cost we paid to ship your quilt and the return shipping cost.

We require you to return it within 15 days of receiving it, and please

return it in the same condition you received it.


Please package the quilt in the same manner as you received it.

For any returned items a refund will be issued within 60 days of your purchase.


Returning Furniture or Cabinetry

If your delivery contains damaged goods, you will recieve a full refund or your item will be replaced. Please refuse any items that sustain damage during shipping.

If this occurs, contact our Customer Care Department immediately, at (610) 880-0107, Monday through Friday from 9 am - 6 pm (EST), or e-mail us, always keep the original packing cartons. Any returns or repairs must be arranged through our Customer Care Department.

All items are guaranteed against defects, workmanship and loss through shipping. We will be happy to offer you an exchange, refund, or store credit for the full dollar amount of the original order. All items should be returned to us before a refund, replacement or credit is issued.

How to Return, please follow these 4 steps:

Please include the following information along with your returned merchandise:

1) Copy of the packing slip, which will provide us with the order number.

2) Reason for return (defective or non-defective)

3) Name, e-mail address and phone number

4) Would you like a refund, amishloft.com credit, or replacement?

This information will help us to quickly process your return.
Once we've received the item and confirmed its condition, we'll reverse your credit card charges. Please return item in it's original packaging. Allow 60 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified once your request has been completed. Only if the item is damaged due to defects in workmanship or loss through shipping, we will pay for the returned shipping costs.
