All items are guaranteed against defects, workmanship and loss through shipping. We will be happy to offer you an exchange, refund, or store credit for the full dollar amount of the original order. All items should be returned to us before a refund, replacement or credit is issued.

Please include the following information along with your returned merchandise:

1) Copy of the packing slip, which will provide us with the order number.

2) Reason for return (defective or non-defective)

3) Name, e-mail address and phone number

4) Would you like a refund, amishloft.com credit, or replacement?

This information will help us to quickly process your return.
Once we've received the item and confirmed its condition, we'll reverse your credit card charges. Please return item in it's original packaging. Allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified once your request has been completed. Only if the item is damaged due to defects in workmanship or loss through shipping, we will pay for the returned shipping costs.
